Based on the mission of UIBM and its strategic objectives, which aim to provide quality teaching for the preparation of professionals in unique fields, as well as continuous professional development, UIBM aims to communicate and receive feedback continuously from all stakeholders. To achieve this, various activities are developed, and different tools are utilized to communicate with all stakeholders, with the purpose of evaluating and improving the teaching and learning process. All these activities are in full compliance with the objectives of the QASURE project.

As part of these activities, meetings are organized with the academic staff of UIBM regarding the review of literature for courses and study programs. To keep pace with international development trends, the institution aims to refresh the literature in the native language, as well as in foreign languages, primarily in English. On a regular annual basis, the institution allocates a budget for the purchase of books for all programs across the six academic units. Furthermore, UIBM supports and encourages the publication of books by the academic staff. This was also discussed in the next meeting with the academic staff of UIBM.
