On Wednesday, students from the Faculty of Law at “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica participated in a lecture on the topic:
“Rights and Obligations Arising from Employment Relationships: Legislative Gaps and Practical Challenges.”

Participants gained both theoretical and practical knowledge about the rights and obligations guaranteed by the labor legislation in our country, the challenges in its implementation in practice, as well as the importance of legal reforms for the full realization of workers’ rights.

The Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Islam Qerimi, and the Project Coordinator, Liridon Salihi, thanked the participating students and expressed their readiness to continue future collaborations aimed at enhancing the professional knowledge of young legal professionals.

This activity was organized by the Strategic Litigation Center platform within the Group for Legal and Political Studies (GLPS) through the “Human Rightivism” Project. It represents the second lecture delivered to students under the Memorandum of Cooperation between the Faculty of Law at “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica and GLPS.

At the end of the activity, students were awarded certificates of participation.
