On June 30, 2025, a meeting was held at the Faculty of Law for testing the qualitative and quantitative instrument of the questionnaire aimed at assessing pedagogical professional development. This activity was carried out in accordance with the Improvement Plan and recommendations from external experts for the Faculty of Law program.

Under the leadership of the Dean, Prof. Dr. Islam Qerimi, the managerial staff invited the academic staff to a working meeting with the purpose of discussing and testing this instrument. The meeting took place in the form of focus groups, where the document related to activities to be incorporated into the Faculty’s strategic plan was reviewed and evaluated.

The contribution of the participants was highly valued for ensuring the quality and efficiency of this process within the Faculty. Quantitative data from the questionnaire were distributed to the academic staff to enable them to understand the general sentiment within the Faculty. Overall, the staff demonstrated a proactive approach in their responses, and the data are considered a good and sufficient basis for evaluation.

During the meeting, the main findings of the Focus Groups were presented and summarized, while the Faculty Management, based on the questionnaire data and discussions held, proposed recommendations for advancing the professional development of the staff.

This process reflects the Faculty of Law’s commitment to improving the quality of education and the professional development of academic staff through dedicated training and continuous support.
