This mobility opportunity is intended for academic staff interested in international cooperation, exchange of teaching practices, and strengthening academic partnerships with partner universities from around the world.

About the Programme

RAU International Teaching Week brings together academic staff from partner universities for a dynamic exchange of:

knowledge,
teaching practices,
and intercultural experiences.

The programme includes:

guest lectures,
interactive workshops,
networking sessions,
institutional meetings,
and opportunities to engage directly with students in an international classroom environment.

This activity aims to strengthen academic cooperation and support the development of future joint initiatives between partner institutions.

Main Components of the Programme
Exchange of Best Practices in Teaching

Participants will have the opportunity to share and discuss their teaching approaches and experiences.

Each participant is encouraged to prepare:

a brief teaching case / teaching example (5–6 minutes),
followed by a short discussion (4–5 minutes).

This component is intended to promote peer learning and the exchange of innovative teaching practices.

Erasmus Student Exchange Fair

Participants will also have the opportunity to represent their home institution and present information about their university to students.

Applicants are encouraged to bring:

brochures,
flyers,
and other promotional materials about UIBM.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must:

be academic staff members of the University “Isa Boletini” in Mitrovica;
have good command of English, as the programme will be conducted in English;
have an academic profile relevant to the nature of the activity;
be willing to actively contribute to the programme and represent UIBM in an international academic environment.

Motivation Letter in English
Proof of English language proficiency (if available)
Application Form (according to the host institution’s requirements)
Selection Criteria

Selection will be based on:

relevance of the applicant’s academic field to the activity;
quality of the motivation letter;
level of English language proficiency;
expected academic and institutional benefit of participation;
fair distribution of mobility opportunities among staff.

Priority may be given to academic staff who have not previously benefited from similar mobility opportunities.
