Within the framework of the LEADALKO Erasmus+ Project, the Change Project teams held online meetings with their Kosovan and EU coaches, marking an important step in the development of their initiatives.

The presentation of the progress achieved so far, including the main challenges, were the issues that were discussed among the participants under the guidance of the trainers, who offered valuable advice and guidance on the next steps and the requirements for the successful implementation of the projects.

The upcoming training sessions scheduled for 24–26 March, which will further support the advancement of their Change Projects, were also discussed.

The meetings emphasized the importance of collaboration, mentorship, and knowledge exchange in achieving impactful and sustainable project results.
