UMIB rose up for 4,000 places on the ranking list among 29,000 world universities
The University of Mitrovica “Isa Boletini” (UMIB) has been set up for 4,000 places in the ranking of higher education institutions in the world in the latest update published by Webometrics (Spanish National Research Council). Among the 29,000 universities across the globe, UMIB is ranked at 12627.
Otherwise, UMIB is positioned second in the Pristina University “Hasan Prishtina” at the country level. The UP ranked 1471th in the world.
The Rector of UMIB, Alush Musaj, assessed as an extremely good news the rise of 4,000 seats on the list of world universities. “Given the circumstances and challenges we face, this ranking is a tremendous achievement for the UMIB that delights us and motivates us to move on,” he said.
