Assistants of the Faculty of Food Technology conducted a lecture for Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences students
In the framework of the Erasmus + exchange program for academic staff, two assistants, Bahtir Hyseni and Arbër Hyseni from the Faculty of Food Technology, stayed for a week at the Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences. Within this program, they held a lecture for the students of Van Hall Larenstein University of Applied Sciences.
At the same time, they developed the practical part of the dairy technology and water technology at the model factories of this University. There, assistants along with the visiting students from the University of Mitrovica produced a kind of cheese. Among other things, they visited the largest factory in Leeuwarden, Netherlands, for the treatment of discharging waters, where they were introduced to the similarities and differences with the treatment in other countries.
