Organized by the Erasmus+ Office and the Experts for Higher Education Reform, a roundtable discussion on the topic “The Future of Artificial Intelligence in Higher Education” was held on Thursday at the “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica (UIBM). In front of the attendees, prof. dr. Blerim Rexha spoke about “Challenges of using AI in higher education and scientific research”.

The attendees were initially greeted by the Vice-Rector for Budget and Finance at UIBM, prof. asoc.dr. Ajtene Avdullahi and the Erasmus+ coordinator, Mimika Dobroshi. Vice-Rector Avdullahi thanked the Erasmus+ Office for its continued support for UIBM.

In addition to the vice-rectors of UIBM, the roundtable was also attended by the deans, a number of teachers and student representatives. They took part in the discussions on the key topic of the roundtable, considering the importance of AI in higher education and scientific research.
