On September 22 and 23, Professor Ajtene Avdullahi from the Faculty of Economics of University “Isa Boletini” in Mitrovica (UIBM) participated in the LIAISE COST Action CA22110 meeting, held at the University of Malta.

This meeting focused on reviewing the progress achieved, coordinating the remaining activities, and planning the final stage of this COST Action. Discussions also addressed the consolidation of results, strengthening international cooperation, and ensuring the sustainability of outcomes in the field of Industrial Symbiosis.

During the visit to the University of Malta, participants also had the opportunity to visit the engineering research and innovation laboratories at the Msida Campus, gaining first hand insight into the university’s research infrastructure, capacities, and ongoing activities.

Participation in such international activities contributes to strengthening the cooperation between UIBM and European academic institutions, as well as promoting the exchange of knowledge and experiences in the field of Industrial Symbiosis.
