On October 3, 2025, at the premises of the University Isa Boletini in Mitrovica, a Cooperation Agreement (MoU) was signed between the Faculty of Economics and the Community Development Fund (CDF). The Faculty of Economics of the University Isa Boletini in Mitrovica was represented by the Dean, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Qazim Tmava, the Vice Dean for Research and International Cooperation, Prof. Dr. Esat Durguti, and the Vice Dean for Quality and Teaching, Prof. Ass. Dr. Filloreta Kunoviku-Demiri, while the CDF was represented by its Executive Director, Ms. Nermin Mahmuti.

The agreement aims to strengthen cooperation between the two institutions in several key areas, including:

• Exchange of knowledge and experience, through the organization of joint workshops, study visits, and professional collaboration in areas of mutual interest, to enhance teaching quality and promote scientific research.
• Promotion of environmental responsibility, by supporting activities that encourage sustainable practices and raise awareness about environmental protection, in line with the principles of sustainable development.
• Community engagement and mobilization, by encouraging joint initiatives that actively involve students and citizens in community development and the promotion of social awareness.

The management of the Faculty of Economics extends its sincere appreciation to CDF Executive Director, Ms. Nermin Mahmuti, for her commitment, cooperation, and professionalism throughout this process.
