From 22–25 June 2025, Professor Ajtene Avdullahi participated in and presented a scientific paper at the European Academy of Management Conference – EURAM 2025, one of the most significant academic events in the field of management at the European and international level.

At this conference, she presented the results of research conducted during her postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Graz in Austria, made possible and supported by Austrian Development Agency (ADA), the HERAS+ scholarship programme, and the University Isa Boletini Mitrovica.

The presented paper, titled: “Shaping flexible minds: How educational leadership and task design drive students’ ambidexterity thus preparing them for a VUCA world”, is co-authored with academic staff from the University of Graz and Slovenia, and aims to develop essential student competencies to cope with the challenges of a volatile, uncertain, complex, and ambiguous (VUCA) world.
