The Leadership in Higher Education Program, developed during the first year of the project “Leadership Capacities Development in Higher Education across Albania and Kosovo (LEADALKO)”, is currently finalizing its preparations for the start of the piloting phase. Over the course of these three days, the program is selecting and preparing its trainers. For the seven modules of this program, trainers from Kosovo and Albania have been selected. Throughout the three-day seminar, under the guidance of international leadership experts from England and Slovenia, they are acquiring the necessary skills for the successful implementation of the program.

The program is planned to be piloted during the period January–June 2026, providing training and capacity building with the essential knowledge, skills, and leadership competencies for managerial, academic, and administrative staff of the partner universities in Kosovo and Albania, as well as representatives from educational institutions at both central and local levels.

As a partner in the LEADALKO project consortium, UIBM is participating with a dedicated team of selected trainers who, through their expertise and commitment, will ensure that the implementation process is effective, impactful, and beneficial for all participants.
