On 15 May 2025, partners of the LEADALKO Erasmus+ project convened for an important coordination meeting to review project progress and align future activities.

The discussion focused on the implementation timeline of ongoing work packages, monitoring deliverables, and preparing for the next phases of capacity-building and research activities. Special attention was given to finalization of the Quality Assurance Plan, delivery of the Consortium Partner Agreement and development of Integrated Report of Research Findings. Moreover, special attention was also given to ensuring effective collaboration and communication among partner institutions, aiming to maintain high-quality project outputs and ensure impact at institutional and regional levels.

Partners also shared insights and feedback on administrative and financial coordination, strengthening the foundation for successful project continuation.
