The University “Isa Boletini” of Mitrovica (UIBM) participated in the CY TECH International Days 2025, held at the Condorcet Building, Avenue du Parc in Cergy. UIBM was represented by Prof. Assoc. Dr. Merita Shala, Prof. Ass. Dr. Filloreta Kunoviku Demiri, and Elvedina Ismajli, Senior Official for International Cooperation and Scientific research.

Throughout the event, UIBM showcased its study programs to the students of CY Tech Cergy University as well as to other international participants. The presentation highlighted the university’s academic offer, international cooperation initiatives, and opportunities for incoming students and staff mobility.

As part of the official agenda, UIBM held a scheduled meeting with the International Office of CY Tech. During this meeting, both institutions discussed the implementation of the Erasmus+ KA171 project, jointly awarded to UIBM and CY Tech where Prof.assoc.dr. Merita Shala is coordinator from UIBM. Through this project, UIBM obtained 15 student mobilities from Kosovo to Cergy, 10 mobilities from Cergy to Kosovo, and 18 staff mobilities from Kosovo to Cergy (Teaching mobilities will be the priority) to share with the second partner institution that we were associated to the application, AAB College, thus strengthening academic cooperation and internationalization efforts between the two universities.

The participation of UIBM in the CY TECH International Days serves as an important step in expanding its global partnerships and enhancing mobility opportunities for its academic community.
