Professor Ajtene Avdullahi presented the research paper titled “Strategic Agility, Resilience, and Ambidexterity in Startups within VUCA World”, co-authored with the academic staff of the Faculty of Economics, Besart Hajrizi, Arif Krasniqi, and Milaim Mehmeti, at the 17th International Odyssey Conference on Economics and Business, organised by the Faculty of Economics & Business, University of Zagreb (FEB Zagreb), Croatia. The conference was held in Dubrovnik, Croatia, from May 20–23, 2026.

Participation in this international conference provided an opportunity for academic exchange, professional discussions, and presentation of research findings with scholars and experts from various international universities and institutions.
