On 03 March 2026, female students participated in the inspiring training session “Marketing for Female Entrepreneurs”, delivered by Prof.Dr. Nadine Tournois, Professor at the IAE Graduate School of Management, part of the University of Côte d’Azur in Nice, France.

This training represented a valuable opportunity for female students to attend a lecture delivered by an internationally recognized professor with extensive expertise in marketing strategy, international business, and entrepreneurship. Prof. Tournois is widely known for her academic contributions and international engagement in higher education and research.

In recognition of her outstanding achievements, she has been awarded the prestigious Knight of the Legion of Honour by the French State. Established by Napoleon Bonaparte, this distinction is the highest national order of merit in France, granted to individuals who have demonstrated exceptional achievements and service to France and society at large.

During the training, students explored key marketing concepts relevant for entrepreneurship, including understanding customers and community needs, developing a strong value proposition and brand identity, and applying digital and social media marketing strategies in a local and low-cost context. The session also addressed pricing, promotion, networking, and the development of simple marketing strategies for entrepreneurial initiatives.

The training was highly interactive and fruitful, providing students with practical insights and valuable inspiration for developing their entrepreneurial ideas and strengthening their marketing skills. Participants particularly appreciated the opportunity to learn directly from a professor with such distinguished international experience.
