On 6–7 February 2026, Rector Nurten Deva, Vice-Rector Sabri Avdullahi, and Vice-Rector Edita Bekteshi participated in the “Study in Italy” event in Tirana, where various Italian universities presented their study programmes and opportunities for international cooperation.

This visit provided an opportunity to establish new contacts with institutions offering study programmes similar to those of our University. During the event, meetings and exchanges of information were held with representatives from universities such as the University of Genoa, the University of Bari, the University of Macerata, and universities in Rome, as well as other institutions that expressed interest in cooperation.

During these meetings, the University “Isa Boletini”, its study programmes, and the need for partnerships within the Erasmus+ framework were presented. Direct contacts were established to continue communication and explore the possibility of initiating cooperation agreements.

Following these meetings, continued communication will be maintained with these institutions to formalize and advance these prospective collaborations
