On 10 September 2026, the University Isa Boletini in Mitrovica (UIBM) participated in an online consortium meeting of the LEADALKO project – “Leadership Capacities Development in Higher Education across Albania and Kosovo.” The meeting brought together representatives of the project consortium to review progress, coordinate upcoming activities, and prepare the final stages of project implementation.

The meeting focused on several key priorities, including the review of required templates, recommendations for revising and improving module materials, and the preparation of pre-final versions of the updated training modules. The partners also discussed the submission of Deliverable No. 9 and the finalization of the project handbook to ensure the quality and consistency of the project’s educational resources.

Furthermore, the consortium discussed preparations for the Final Conference and the organization of the official project meeting scheduled for 13 October 2026. These discussions aimed to ensure effective coordination among partners and the successful completion and dissemination of the project’s results.

Through its participation in the LEADALKO consortium, UIBM continues to contribute to strengthening leadership capacities, promoting institutional cooperation, and supporting the development of higher education in Kosovo and Albania. The project seeks to enhance leadership practices and institutional capacities, contributing to more effective governance and sustainable development across the higher education sector.
