UIBM team of the LEADALKO project on 25^th of March 2025 held a productive coordination meeting, focusing on planning activities for the first six months. Moreover, the project team discussed about the preparations for the study visits that are going to be held in Piran, for the equipment tendering procedures, as well as other foreseen activities such as the ongoing process of project activities. Overall, such coordination meetings are considered to be essential for ensuring clarity, alignment, and effective execution of project goals.

The Erasmus+ project “Leadership Capacities Development in Higher Education across Albania and Kosovo” aims to strengthen governance, strategic planning and management in Albanian and Kosovan universities, in order to support reform and continued modernization of their HE sectors through increases in leadership and management capacity and capability.
