The third sequential workshop and training session was successfully organized in Pristina on October 24 and 25. This event aimed to deepen participants’ understanding of the intersection between well-being and technology in contemporary education, under the thematic focus: “Integrating digital skills in language teaching: Digital tools and applications”. This two-day training seminar focuses on integrating digital skills into language teaching through both theoretical grounding and practical application. Sessions introduce key concepts of digital literacies, transformative pedagogy, and the role of emerging technologies—particularly Web 2.0 tools, digital storytelling platforms, and AI-assisted applications—in modern language education.

Participants explore how to match learners’ digital competencies with pedagogical aims, examining tools that support all four-language skills. Through hands-on workshops, they work collaboratively with applications such as Padlet, Miro, Kahoot, Quizizz AI, Voicethread, and AI-powered assistants to design short-term activities and digital projects tailored to their own teaching contexts.

 The training was structured around several key modules, including:

• Understanding digital literacies in language teaching: Matching skills and tools to learners’ needs and contexts
• Transformative Pedagogy, Digital Technologies, AI perspectives and Curriculum: From theory to practice
• Digital Tools for Language Teaching: Interactive & AI-Enhanced Practices

A substantial number of academic staff members and students from the Faculty of Education of UIBM participated in this training session through visual/online engagement, reflecting the strong interest in advancing both technological competence and holistic student development.
