Within the framework of the interinstitutional cooperation agreement between the University “Isa Boletini” Mitrovica (Kosovo) and ENSMAC (École Nationale Supérieure de Matériaux, d’Agroalimentaire et de Chimie), Bordeaux INP (France), the Faculty of Food Technology is pleased to welcome Ms. Yllka Haxhnikaj, who is undertaking a five-month academic and research internship.

The internship commenced on 1 June 2026 and is being carried out under the supervision of Assoc. Prof. Dr. Fatos Rexhepi at the laboratories of the Faculty of Food Technology. During her stay, Ms. Haxhnikaj will participate in laboratory and research activities in the field of Organic Chemistry, with a particular focus on developing practical laboratory skills, applying modern analytical techniques, and contributing to ongoing scientific research projects.

This academic mobility reflects the commitment of both institutions to strengthening international cooperation, promoting the exchange of knowledge and expertise, and providing students with valuable opportunities for academic, scientific, and professional development in an international environment.
