As part of the Business Communication course, students of the Faculty of Economics completed a seminar assignment aimed at preparing them for the labor market. As part of this assignment, students selected job vacancies advertised through employment portals or various organizations and prepared the required application documents, including a Curriculum Vitae (CV) and a Motivation Letter tailored to their chosen position.

To complement this process with practical experience, the Faculty of Economics, in cooperation with the Career Development Centre, organized an outdoor activity on the campus of the “Isa Boletini” University. The University’s green and inspiring environment provided an ideal setting for academic and professional engagement.

During the activity, students participated in simulated job interviews for the positions they had applied for, demonstrating their communication, presentation, and professional skills. The simulation provided students with a realistic recruitment experience and an opportunity to strengthen their readiness for future employment opportunities.

The interview panel consisted of the Dean of the Faculty of Economics, Prof. Dr. Qazim Tmava, Prof. Asoc. Dr. Ajtene Avdullahi, Teaching Assistant Dr. Altina Kamberaj, and Mr. Erzen Isufi, Senior career developement officere. On this occasion, Dean Prof. Dr. Qazim Tmava expressed his appreciation to the academic staff and the representative of the Career Development Center for organizing this initiative. He emphasized that activities such as simulated job interviews play an important role in preparing students for the labour market and in developing the professional competencies required by employers.
