The Leadership Development Program developed within the Erasmus+ Capacity Building project “LEADALKO – Leadership Capacities Development in Higher Education across Albania and Kosovo aims to strengthen leadership capacities in higher education institutions through a structured and practice-oriented approach. It combines interactive workshops, peer learning, and action-based change projects, enabling participants to apply acquired knowledge and skills directly within their institutions.

Participants from academic and administrative staff in managerial or leadership-track roles, together with representatives of partner universities, will gather at University “Isa Boletini” and College Biznesi and are expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to institutional development and active engagement in the successful implementation of the program
