Professor Ajtene Avdullahi took part in the ECO4ALL Mid-Term International Conference, organized under COST Action CA22124, held on 9–10 May 2025 at Alexandru Ioan Cuza University of Iași, Romania. In this conference, Professor Avdullahi presented the paper entitled: “A Systematic Review of the Literature on Sustainable Business Models in Restaurants, Zero Food Waste Practices, and Consumer Awareness”, co-authored with Professors Qazim Tmava, Esat Durguti, and Besart Hajrizi.

The paper highlights the importance of sustainable business models in the restaurant industry, the implementation of zero food waste practices, and increasing consumer awareness on environmental and social issues.
