The Faculty of Economics, within the “University Isa Boletini” – Mitrovica, is pleased to announce the organization of an academic roundtable on the topic: The Transformation of Business Management in the Digital Era: How to Adapt to Labor Market Demands? (The Real Challenge for Universities: The Ethical and Value-Based Use of AI in Higher Education).

This event aims to foster an interdisciplinary discussion on the impact of digital transformation on managerial practices, while emphasizing the critical role of universities in preparing students for the demands of the modern labor market. A particular focus will be placed on the ethical and sustainable use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in education, as well as in shaping the competencies of the next generation of professionals.

The roundtable will bring together university professors, experts in management and technology, as well as representatives from relevant institutions, who will share their experiences and perspectives on the challenges and opportunities the digital era brings to education and the economy.
