We were pleased to welcome one of our distinguished former students from the “Food Engineering and Technology” program for a special lecture.

Blend Broqi, who is currently the Laboratory and Quality Control Manager at the “M&Sillosi” factory, was a guest lecturer at the Faculty of Food Technology, in the course “Food Science,” taught by Prof. Dr. Alush Musaj. His lecture on the topic “Strategy for Success in Food Technology” left a deep impression on both the professors and the students. Everyone left satisfied and were extremely impressed by Blend’s depth of knowledge and his passion during the lecture. We are grateful for the opportunity offered to the students to learn from his expertise and practical experience as a Food Technology Engineer.

Finally, Blendi expressed his great gratitude to the academic staff for the professional support provided even after completing his studies.
