On March 23, 2026, within the Faculty of Economics and the Erasmus+ program, Prof. Dr. Anna Swarowska from the West Pomeranian University, in collaboration with Prof. Ass. Dr. Muhamet Spahiu, delivered a joint lecture with third-year students as part of the course “Human Resource Management.” The lecture, titled “A Session on Learning and Development,” focused on the latest practices and innovative approaches for the development and acquisition of professional skills. This academic activity took place in a highly positive and inspiring atmosphere, providing an interactive experience for students and encouraging discussions on learning development and professional growth.
