The LEADALKO project consortium held a successful online coordination meeting on November 18, 2025, bringing together all partner institutions to review project progress and align on key upcoming activities.

The meeting discussed some of the topics related to project management, while the second part of the meeting focused on the training of trainers and reporting on the status of the training materials expected to be held in the second week of December.

Management issues include topics related to the implementation and reporting of activities of this period, their quality and dissemination, and careful planning of future activities.

The second part of the meeting focused on finalizing preparations for the training of trainers, finalizing the teams and materials of the program modules. Trainers of various modules from partner universities also joined this part of the meeting. The training of trainers will take place from 9-11 December in Pristina and Mitrovica, Kosovo.

This collaborative session ensured continued alignment and strong momentum as LEADALKO advances its mission of strengthening leadership and management capacities in higher education across Albania and Kosovo.
