The LEADALKO Erasmus+ project team successfully held a productive meeting today with the trainers of the Managing People module. Participants included: Prof. Assoc. Dr. Merita Shala, Prof. Ass. Dr. Filloreta Kunoviku Demiri, Prof. Betim Spahiu and Prof. Manjola Çollaku.

The meeting focused on reviewing the progress made so far in developing the module’s training materials. The trainers discussed the finalized components, which include: PowerPoint Presentations, Exercises and practical tasks and Tutor notes and guidance materials.

Additionally, the team addressed the remaining tasks needed for successful completion of the module. These include finalizing the Module Handbook and preparing other complementary materials essential for effective delivery.

The discussion was highly collaborative and fruitful, reflecting the team’s strong commitment to ensuring high-quality outputs for the LEADALKO project.

The project team looks forward to continuing its work and completing the remaining materials in the upcoming sessions.
