Within the framework of the LEADALKO project, in addition to the development of the Leadership Program during the first year of the project, on December 9–11 will be held the Training of Trainers for those who will pilot the Leadership Program. The international trainers for this activity are Professor David Dawson Professor in Leadership at University of Gloucestershire – International expert on Leadership and Entrepreneurship and Professor Jan Myers from ISSBS with very long experience in individuals and organizational learning and social change leadership and sensemaking. 

This seminar/training represents a key activity, as it will prepare the trainers who will later implement the program with academic and administrative staff, as well as with representatives from central and local-level educational institutions.

From Isa Boletini University, participants in this training are: Associate professor Merita Shala, Assistant professor Filloreta Kunoviku Demiri and Assistant professor Zahir Çerkini.

On its second day, the training will take place at the premises of the “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica, which will begin with a visit to the Mitrovica Museum. Academic staff from partner universities from Albania, Malta and Slovenia will be welcomed by the Director of the Mitrovica Museum, Ms. Nora Prekazi, while the training will also be welcomed by the Vice-Rector for International Cooperation and Projects at UIBM, Associate professor Edita Bekteshi

The training of trainers precedes the training of the respective groups of academic staff and external members in Kosovo and Albania who will participate in this training during the six-month period January-June 2025.
