As part of its ongoing commitment to quality assurance and the continuous enhancement of higher education, the Faculty of Geosciences held a working meeting to initiate the reaccreditation process of the Master’s Programme in Hydrogeology with Engineering Geology.

The meeting was attended by the programme coordinators, the management of the Faculty of Geosciences, and the academic staff. Participants discussed the key steps and activities to be undertaken throughout the reaccreditation process, in accordance with the standards and criteria established by the relevant quality assurance authorities.

During the meeting, participants reviewed the responsibilities and deadlines for preparing the required documentation, including the revision of course syllabi, the updating of academic staff curricula vitae (CVs), and the completion of all supporting documents required for the reaccreditation dossier.

The reaccreditation process aims to ensure the continued delivery of a high-quality and contemporary study programme that is aligned with scientific developments, labour market needs, and higher education standards, while promoting excellence in teaching, research, and the professional development of students.
