The meeting brought together project participants and coaches to review the current progress of the trainees’ Change Project ideas, to clarify the upcoming deadlines, and to discuss the key steps that need to be undertaken in the next implementation phase.

During the discussion, the coaches provided guidance on how each project group should further refine its concept and align its activities with the overall objectives of the LEADALKO project. In addition, it was announced that each group will be supported by two dedicated coaches – one domestic coach and one coach from EU partners. This dual mentoring structure will ensure continuous guidance, expert feedback, and close cooperation throughout the preparation and completion of the Change Projects.

The meeting represented an important milestone in strengthening collaboration between trainees and coaches and in ensuring structured and high-quality support for the successful development of all Change Projects.
