On 26 February 2026, an online meeting was successfully held within the framework of the LEADALKO Erasmus+ project with the participation of consortium partners, as well as EU, Kosovan, and Albanian trainers

The meeting focused on the planning and coordination of the Change Projects, including the composition of the groups that will carry out these projects. Participants discussed the progress made so far and identified the next steps required to ensure the successful development and completion of each Change Project.

It was also confirmed by the coaches that each group will be supported by two dedicated coaches – one domestic and one from EU partners– to provide guidance, mentorship, and continuous collaboration throughout the implementation of their projects.

Additionally, the meeting included preliminary discussions regarding the upcoming training sessions, which are scheduled to take place at the end of March and again in June, ensuring that all participants are well-prepared for the next phases of the project.

This meeting marked an important step in strengthening collaboration among partners and trainers and in providing structured support for the successful realization of all Change Projects under the LEADALKO initiative.
