Today, via the Zoom digital platform, a discussion meeting was held between the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica, Prof. Dr. Islam Qerimi, and the Dean of the Faculty of Law at the International University of Sarajevo, Prof. Dr. Ena Kazić. The purpose of this meeting was to discuss the initial steps for implementing the cooperation memorandum, which was signed earlier in 2024.

During the meeting, both parties presented the academic curricula and the composition of the academic staff of their respective faculties. Based on this information, the organization of open lectures for students of both institutions was initiated, as a concrete step towards strengthening academic cooperation.

Among other proposals, the organization of a joint scientific conference was highlighted, as well as joint applications to regional funds for the implementation of research projects and academic exchanges involving staff and students of the second and third cycles of studies.

At the conclusion of the meeting, the deans agreed to organize a study visit during the winter semester of the 2025–2026 academic year at one of the universities, as part of the activities planned within the framework of the cooperation memorandum.
