Arbër Hoxha, a student at the Faculty of Law, “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica, participated in the “Regional Academy for Youth on Adult Learning and Education,” held in Istanbul from May 19 to 21, 2025.

The academy was organized by DVV International (within the framework of the Continental Exchange – Europe project) in cooperation with the European Association for the Education of Adults (EAEA)—two well-established organizations in the field of lifelong learning and adult education.

This event brought together young professionals from six countries—Kosovo, Moldova, Ukraine, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Armenia, and Georgia—all of whom are actively engaged in non-formal education and advocacy for adult learning rights.

During the two-and-a-half-day intensive training, participants had the opportunity to explore key concepts in adult education, learn from international best practices, and build valuable connections within a wider professional network.
