The Faculty of Law at “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica has marked yet another significant achievement in its academic journey, demonstrating continuous commitment to quality and ongoing improvement in line with national and international accreditation standards.

Following the successful re-accreditation of its Bachelor (LLB) program in 2024, the Faculty has also successfully passed the post-accreditation evaluation conducted by external accreditation experts. The evaluation visit took place on March 19, 2025, during which the experts assessed that the Faculty had acted in full alignment with its improvement plan and had rigorously implemented the recommendations provided during the re-accreditation process.

The experts gave a highly positive assessment for each standard reviewed, reflecting the Faculty’s serious dedication to delivering high-quality and sustainable education, tailored to the contemporary needs of the labor market and society. According to the evaluation report, the Faculty of Law has successfully implemented 17 out of a total of 27 recommendations during the period from October 1, 2024, to January 31, 2025—representing 62.96% of the total. This outcome clearly illustrates the Faculty’s ongoing commitment to enhancing quality and fulfilling the standards outlined in the improvement plan.

Particularly praised were the Faculty’s openness to improvement, the high competence and motivation of its management, academic and administrative staff, as well as its adequate infrastructure—all identified as key contributors to the institution’s continued success and progress. The evaluation also highlighted the presence of a strong professional and collaborative institutional culture, which is evident across all levels of the Faculty’s operations.

Commenting on this important achievement, the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Islam Qerimi, stated: “This result is not only a significant accomplishment for the Faculty of Law but also serves as an inspiring example for all academic units of ‘Isa Boletini’ University in Mitrovica. It demonstrates our unwavering dedication to continuous development, institutional consolidation, and the provision of quality education in the service of students and society at large.”
