The Project Steering Committee Meeting of the LEADALKO Erasmus+ project was held on 5 September 2025, in hybrid format via Zoom. The meeting gathered all project partners to review progress and coordinate upcoming activities.

During the session, participants discussed key aspects of the leadership program development, reviewed quality assurance (QA) issues and external evaluation observations, and explored strategies to enhance dissemination and communication efforts. In addition, management and financial matters were carefully addressed to ensure smooth project implementation.

The meeting concluded with partners reaffirming their commitment to advancing the project’s objectives and ensuring alignment with Erasmus+ standards of excellence.
