The University “Isa Boletini” in Mitrovica (UIBM) participated in the LEADALKO Steering Committee Meeting, bringing together representatives of all consortium partners to review progress and coordinate upcoming project activities. At this meeting, management issues regarding project activities, their distribution, involvement of higher education institution partners and other relevant educational organizations were discussed.

The LEADALKO project, co-funded by the European Union, aims to strengthen leadership capacities within higher education institutions in Albania and Kosovo, contributing to institutional development and long-term impact across the region.
Representing UIBM at the meeting was Prof.assoc.dr. Merita Shala – Institutional Coordinator of the Project from UIBM.

The Steering Committee meeting served as an important platform to strengthen cooperation, ensure alignment of activities, and reaffirm the joint commitment to advancing transformative leadership and enhancing the capacities of higher education institutions in the region.
