On 1 October 2025, the QASure Erasmus+ project held its regular Steering Committee meeting via the Zoom platform, gathering representatives from all partner institutions to review progress and plan the project’s final phase.

Partners discussed the implementation of ongoing work packages, shared updates on deliverables, and coordinated upcoming activities to ensure the successful completion of the project, which is scheduled to conclude at the end of this year. The discussions focused on sustaining the impact of QASure’s efforts in strengthening internal quality assurance systems within higher education institutions, in line with European standards and best practices.

The meeting also included updates on administrative and financial matters, highlighting the importance of effective coordination and transparency in the project’s closing period.

As part of the final phase, partners confirmed that the QASure Final Conference will be held on 27-28^th of October at Western Balkan University (WBU) in Tirana, Albania, bringing together stakeholders, partners, and higher education representatives to present the project’s achievements and outcomes.

The Steering Committee reaffirmed its commitment to continued collaboration and successful completion of all planned activities, marking the culmination of a productive and impactful project journey.
