On April 14, 2025, the Faculty of Economics, within the framework of the “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica, signed a Cooperation Agreement with the company TRUST Real Estate LLC. The signing ceremony was held at the Faculty of Economics premises. The Faculty was represented by Prof. Dr. Esat Durguti and Prof. Assoc. Dr. Ajetene Avdullahi, and Prof. Ass. Dr. Filloreta Kunoviku-Demiri, while Ms. Blerta Rafuna-Koci, Founder and Ms. Albina Istrefi – Coordinator & Marketing and Sales represented TRUST Real Estate LLC.

The objective of this agreement is multidimensional, aiming to bring mutual benefits to both parties. The agreement envisions the organization of professional internships for students, study visits, lectures delivered by industry professionals in the form of “Guest Speakers,” as well as the involvement of company representatives in the advisory bodies of the Faculty of Economics.

Moreover, the agreement incorporates other key components, including joint research initiatives between the academic staff, students of the Faculty, and the professional staff of TRUST Real Estate LLC.

During the opening remarks, representatives from both institutions emphasized the significance of this collaboration as a step forward in strengthening the relationship between academia and industry, contributing to the development of a contemporary culture of institutional cooperation.
