The Rector of the “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica, prof.dr. Nurten Deva, participated in the meeting of the Conference of Rectors of Public Higher Education Institutions in Kosovo, which was held on Friday at the “Kadri Zeka” University in Gjilan. At this meeting, the new Regulation of the Conference was approved, which regulates its functioning, determines the structure, competencies and the manner of organizing the work of the Conference of Rectors. The Rectors also approved the official logo and flag of the Conference, which symbolize the institutional cooperation between public universities in the country. One of the most important achievements of this meeting was the approval of the first multilateral Agreement for cooperation between public HEIs, with a five-year term. This agreement constitutes an important step towards strengthening cooperation in common academic, research and administrative fields.
