A training module entitled “Entrepreneurship and Business Planning” was successfully delivered on 10 February 2026 at UIBM starting at 09:00, under the guidance of trainer Prof.dr. Ermira Shehu. The session brought together participants for an intensive and interactive learning day focused on strengthening entrepreneurial knowledge and practical business planning skills. The training was organized within the framework of the EmpowerHER: Bridging Gender Equality, Mental Health, and Entrepreneurship for Female Students project, financed by the SHER Project.
During the training, participants were introduced to the objectives and expected results of the module and actively engaged in thematic sessions addressing the role and power of women entrepreneurs in Kosovo, idea generation and opportunity identification, and motivation for enterprise development through the Business Model Canvas. The agenda further covered the formulation of enterprise mission and vision, as well as a practical SWOT analysis, concluding with a summary of the day, key reflections, and recommendations for future entrepreneurial initiatives.
