The training module “Access to Finance for Women Entrepreneurs and SMEs” was successfully delivered on 16 February 2026 by Prof.dr. Qazim Tmava. The session was organized within the framework of the EmpowerHER: Bridging Gender Equality, Mental Health, and Entrepreneurship for Female Students project, financed by the SHER Project, and brought together female students as aspiring entrepreneurs for an in-depth and practical learning experience focused on improving access to finance for women-led businesses and small and medium-sized enterprises.

During the training, participants gained valuable insights into available financing instruments for women entrepreneurs and SMEs, key requirements and procedures for accessing financial support, and practical guidance on how to prepare and present their business ideas to potential financiers. The module further strengthened participants’ understanding of financial planning and sustainability as essential elements for the successful growth of women-led enterprises.
