The consortium partners of the LEADALKO Project convened on 12 May 2026 for a coordination meeting aimed at reviewing project progress and planning the successful implementation of the remaining project activities.

During the meeting, partners discussed the achievements accomplished so far and assessed the status of ongoing work packages. Particular attention was dedicated to the preparation and organization of the final training sessions that will be delivered in June 2026 in Kosovo and Albania.

Consortium members exchanged updates on logistical arrangements, training content, participant engagement strategies, and coordination mechanisms to ensure the effective delivery of the upcoming training activities. The discussions emphasized the importance of providing high-quality learning opportunities that will strengthen participants’ leadership, professional, and collaborative capacities.

As the project approaches its concluding activities, the consortium remains dedicated to fostering cooperation, knowledge exchange, and sustainable outcomes that will continue to benefit stakeholders beyond the project’s lifetime.

The upcoming training sessions in Kosovo and Albania will represent an important milestone in the project, bringing together participants and experts to share experiences, develop practical skills, and strengthen regional collaboration.
