As part of the cooperation between the Faculty of Law at “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica and the Faculty of Law at the International University of Sarajevo, an online lecture was held on 28^th of May 2025 on the topic “Understanding the State: Legal Principles and Administrative Function in Public Governance”.

The lecture was delivered by Prof. Ass. Dr. Zahir Çerkini and was followed with great interest by students from both participating faculties.
This event marked another concrete step in strengthening academic cooperation between the two institutions.
The themes addressed sparked discussion and reflection on governance and the rule of law in contemporary contexts.
