The Leadership Development Program developed within the Erasmus+ Capacity Building project “LEADALKO – Leadership Capacities Development in Higher Education across Albania and Kosovo”, has been jointly designed and prepared by academic and professional teams from all partner institutions of the LEADALKO consortium, combining regional knowledge with European expertise. While the program curriculum, structure, and training materials are common and harmonized, the pilot training sessions will be delivered separately in Albania and in Kosovo, in order to effectively address national and institutional contexts.

The program aims to strengthen leadership capacities in higher education institutions through a structured and practice-oriented approach. It combines interactive workshops, peer learning, and action-based change projects, enabling participants to apply acquired knowledge and skills directly within their institutions.

Participants from academic and administrative staff in managerial or leadership-track roles, together with representatives of partner universities, will gather at College Biznesi and are expected to demonstrate a strong commitment to institutional development and active engagement in the successful implementation of the program.
