On 24 August 2026, the Faculty of Law, under the leadership of Prof. Ass. Dr. Zahir Çerkini, Programme Holder, hosted the latest meeting of the Working Group responsible for preparing the Self-Evaluation Report (SER) for the LL.M. Master’s Programme in Constitutionalism and European Integration.

The meeting was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Law, Prof. Dr. Islam Qerimi; Vice-Dean for Teaching, Prof. Ass. Dr. Arta Dauti; Vice-Dean for International Relations, Prof. Assoc. Dr. Arbnor Ajeti; member of the Faculty Advisory Board, Mr. Nebi Halili; as well as representatives of the Faculty administration, Ms. Suzana Halilaj and Mr. Bekim Salihu.

The meeting focused on the allocation of responsibilities for the preparation of the SER documentation, with particular emphasis on the development and alignment of course syllabi, the selection of academic literature, and the preparation of supporting documentation. Particular attention was given to defining the programme and course learning outcomes, in accordance with Level 7 of the National Qualifications Framework and the principles of the European Higher Education Area (EHEA).

To ensure the academic coherence and quality of the programme, it was emphasized that the syllabi should reflect the advanced nature of Master’s-level studies, incorporate learning outcomes targeting higher levels of cognitive achievement in accordance with Bloom’s Taxonomy, and clearly integrate elements of scientific research, academic integrity, and relevant scholarly work of the academic staff.

The Working Group set 30 August 2026 as the deadline for completing the course syllabi. Following their completion, the documents will be shared with relevant external stakeholders for review and feedback, with the aim of further strengthening the programme’s relevance and quality.

The meeting represents an important step in the ongoing process of reviewing and advancing the LL.M. Master’s Programme in Constitutionalism and European Integration, with the aim of ensuring its alignment with higher education quality standards, accreditation requirements, and contemporary developments in the fields of constitutional law and European integration.
