The Faculty of Law of the University of Tetova and the Faculty of Law of “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica to Co-Organize the International Congress “From Research to Application” for the Third Time
As part of their ongoing academic and institutional cooperation, the Faculty of Law of the University of Tetova and the Faculty of Law of “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica will co-organize the International Congress “From Research to Application – From Scientific Research to Application,” which will be held on 18–19 November 2026 at the University of Tetova.
This joint organization represents further evidence of the fruitful and sustained cooperation between the two Faculties of Law, which has been promoted and further strengthened through the engagement and commitment of their respective Deans, Prof. Dr. Safet Emruli, Dean of the Faculty of Law of the University of Tetova, and Prof. Dr. Islam Qerimi, Dean of the Faculty of Law of “Isa Boletini” University in Mitrovica.
The cooperation between the two institutions is built upon a shared vision for advancing legal education, developing scientific research, exchanging academic experiences, and creating new opportunities for professors, researchers, and students. The joint organization of the International Congress represents an important step toward translating this shared vision into concrete initiatives and further deepening institutional relations.
The theme of the Congress, “From Research to Application – From Scientific Research to Application,” reflects one of the fundamental imperatives of contemporary academia: that knowledge generated through scientific research should not remain confined to the theoretical domain, but should find its way into concrete application and contribute to the development of society.

Continuous developments in society, technology, the economy, and international relations create new challenges for legal systems and institutions.
