On 15 September 2026, the trainers of the “Managing People” module, developed within the framework of the LEADALKO project – “Leadership Capacities Development in Higher Education across Albania and Kosovo,” held an online meeting to coordinate and finalise the module’s training materials.

The meeting was initiated and coordinated by Prof. Assoc. Dr. Filloreta Kunoviku Demiri from the University Isa Boletini in Mitrovica (UIBM), in her capacity as the leader of the respective working group.

During the meeting, the trainers discussed the harmonisation and unification of the module’s content to ensure consistency, quality, and a common approach to the delivery of training activities. Particular attention was given to completing and finalising the required documentation and materials for the module, including:

• Harmonisation Forms, to ensure alignment between the module’s content, objectives, and learning outcomes;
• Unification Forms, to establish a consistent structure and unified approach across the training materials;
• Tutor’s Notes, providing guidance and support for the effective delivery of training activities;
• Unified PowerPoint (PPTX) Presentations, ensuring consistency and quality in the presentation of the learning content.

The meeting represented an important step towards completing the training materials for the “Managing People” module, strengthening collaboration among the trainers, and ensuring that the materials are coherent, well-structured, and suitable for the implementation of the planned training activities.

Through this initiative, the University Isa Boletini in Mitrovica continues to contribute to the successful implementation of the LEADALKO project and to the development of leadership capacities in higher education across Kosovo and Albania, with particular emphasis on strengthening management skills, developing human resources, and improving institutional leadership practices.
