The University “Isa Boletini” in Mitrovica (UIBM) proudly participated in the Second LEADALKO Research Seminar, held on 4–5 September 2025 in Valletta, Malta hosted by MEDEA University, which brought together all consortium partners of the Erasmus+ project.

UIBM was proudly represented by Prof. Assoc. Dr. Merita Shala, Institutional Project Coordinator, and Prof. Ass. Dr. Filloreta Kunoviku, Vice Dean for Teaching and Quality Development at the Faculty of Economics.

Over the course of two days, UIBM contributed to the presentation of the seven modules of the leadership programme, the planning of the upcoming Train-the-Trainers workshops (9–11 December 2025, Kosovo), and the preparations for the pilot phase (January–July 2026), which will engage around 50 trainees from Albania and Kosovo.

This event marks another milestone in advancing transformative leadership and strengthening the capacities of higher education institutions in the region, while fostering the exchange of European best practices and addressing implementation challenges.
